Methodology in Brief:
- We hold short, 30-minute meetings with a sample of relevant internal personnel (e.g. practitioners, chief officers, Elected Members, officers with roles in contingency plans, etc)
- We assess a selection of relevant documentation against published criteria (e.g. Emergency Plans, Business Continuity Plans, training schedules, exercise reports, callout procedures, emergency protocols, joint arrangements, etc)
- We hold short, 30-minute meetings with a sample of relevant external personnel (e.g. LRF partners, voluntary agencies), if appropriate
- We undertake an audit of physical communications equipment
- We produce comprehensive draft Civil Contingencies Current Status report in respect of any or all of the following, depending on your needs:
