Methodology in Brief

• We discuss your organisation’s current BCM experience and status
• We hold our 2 hour practical, interactive workshop ‘Demystifying Business Continuity Management’ at your premises
• We ask selected staff to complete a brief questionnaire
• From the information gleaned from the workshops and questionnaire, we produce a draft Corporate Business Continuity Plan, and draft Corporate Business Continuity Management Policy
• We hold 2 hour follow-up Advanced BCM workshops, where we take comments on the drafts, and guide staff through our Service Area Plan template, and Guidance Document to complete the Service Area Plan
• We assess the completed Plan Templates, making any necessary adjustments/improvements, until you are completely satisfied with the results
• We guarantee there will be a maximum of 8 hours work only from your own officers –four hours attendance at the training seminars, one hour questionnaire completion, and three hours Service Plan Template completion. The bulk of the work is done by us.
